Our cows are free choice animals, always
having access to the out of doors, sunshine, shade in summer, and a warm barn in winter.
Even through the winter, they choose to spend most of their time outside in fields.
This provides a stress-free and natural life for the animals giving a higher quality meat.
Pastured Pork
Our pigs are pastured, spending much of their day digging and rooting up grass, weeds, and occasionally our asparagus
bed! Grain is a highly desirable food for pigs and they get some every day along with leftover vegetables, currently
pumpkins and apples. We have selected a high quality grain that is free from medicines and animal products.
Free
Range Chickens
Our chickens spend most of
their day outside, coming in only to lay eggs and then again at dark. They receive a healthy grain (a natural food for
chickens) that contains no animal products or medicines of any kind. Having access to the out-of-doors, they breathe
